Return and Refund Policy

Overview:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and we strive to offer the highest quality products. However, due to the personal and hygienic nature of many of our items, there are certain restrictions on returns and refunds.

1. Returns Eligibility

• Retail Products: We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Items must be in resalable condition.
• Professional Range Products: These are generally non-returnable unless they are unopened and unused. Returns will be accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or error in processing your order.
• Exceptions: We do not accept returns on items such as opened or used hair products, grooming tools, or items marked as "final sale."

2. Process for Returns

• To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at [help@andreaamighetti.com] with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
• If your return is approved, we will issue a return authorisation and instructions on how to return the item.
• Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to be eligible.
• Processing Time: Refunds may take 7–14 business days to process, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of product defects or errors on our end.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.

 

Returns of Grooming Products and Professional Tools

Customers have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the exceptions and conditions set out below.

Cosmetic and Grooming Products

For health, safety and hygiene reasons, cosmetic and grooming products supplied in sealed packaging cannot be returned once the protective seal, tamper-evident packaging or original hygienic closure has been opened, removed, damaged or altered.

This includes, but is not limited to, shampoos, conditioners, masks, styling products, creams, oils, serums, treatments and other products intended for use on the hair, scalp or skin.

Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be accepted for return because their contents and hygienic integrity can no longer be verified and they are no longer suitable for resale.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within the applicable withdrawal period, provided that all seals, labels and original packaging remain intact.

Razors, Clippers and Personal Grooming Tools

Razors, shaving tools, clipper blades, trimmer blades and other personal grooming products supplied with a hygienic or tamper-evident seal cannot be returned once the seal has been removed or the product has been used on a person’s hair or skin, where the product is no longer suitable for resale for genuine health or hygiene reasons.

Eligible tools must be returned unused, complete and, where applicable, with their hygienic seals intact, together with all accessories, manuals and original packaging.

Scissors and Other Professional Tools

Customers may inspect professional tools only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same way that they could reasonably inspect them in a physical store.

Tools that have been used for cutting hair, professional treatments or other purposes beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection may be subject to a deduction reflecting their diminished value. Where such use makes the product unsuitable for resale, the reduction in value may amount to the full purchase price, where permitted by applicable law.

Inspection of Returned Products

All returned products will be inspected before a refund is approved. Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee that the return or refund will be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that fall within a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal and to reduce the refund where the customer has handled or used the goods beyond what was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

These restrictions do not affect the customer’s statutory rights in relation to products that are faulty, damaged, unsafe or not in conformity with the purchase contract.
